Recognize an individual with a Lifetime Award for longstanding contributions or celebrate an athlete, coach or team that had an outstanding year.

Individual Sport Award
Honour an amateur athlete who demonstrated exceptional accomplishments in their sport this year.

Championship Team
Help us recognize local teams who have won a championship at a Provincial, National, and/or International level.

Local Sport Endowment
Nominations are sought for a local grass roots sport organization that provides opportunities for youth and children who face systemic or historic barriers to participation in sport activities. The selected organization will receive a contribution of $500 on behalf of the Ottawa Sports Awards.
