Use our online nomination form to submit your nominee. Any organization, association or individual may submit nominations. Please consult our eligibility criteria to ensure your nominee will be considered.
In order for a nomination to be considered, all sections of the form must be completed. There are different requirements for different awards, which are outlined in detail below.

Please note that the Athletes of the Year are selected from among the Individual Sport Award winners. Therefore, to be considered for Athlete of the Year please submit a nomination for their sport award (see above).
Please note that the Teams of the Year are selected from among the Team Award winners. Therefore, to be considered for Team of the Year please submit a nomination under the Team Award (see above).

Professional Status: the employment status of the coach is not relevant. However they will be selected only based on their coaching achievements within amateur athletics.
